Please send your cover letter, resume and scaned copy of your passport to KOREAPOLYSCHOOL HR. An ordinary photo is OK if you can't get your passport scanned.

When KOREAPOLYSCHOOL HR offers you a position an official contract with the specific school and salary will be forwarded to you.
After you have reviewed and signed the contract, send two copies of it along with your original diploma (or a copy that has been notarized by a Korean Embassy or Consulate), official college/university transcripts, a copy of your passport information page, and resume by a major international mail courier to the address that is given to you. DHL, FedEx, UPS, Purolator and the like are preferred. Please email to us the tracking number of the package.
When we receive the package, we will send it to the immigration office for issuance of an E2(Teaching/Work) visa voucher. The visa voucher will be issued in about a week if all of the documents are in order.
Once we receive the visa voucher, we will send it to you by courier. We will also email you a tracking number so that you may know when to expect it. You should also receive by email, the visa procedures and flight information. You can print out a copy of the visa application form from the website of the Korean embassy in your country or by clicking here, visa application form.
When you receive the visa voucher, take it along with the completed visa application form, a passport size photo, your passport, and the application fee to the Korean embassy or consulate. Call the embassy or consulate that you are going to for the exact amount of the application fee. For those who live too far to take your documents in, you will have to mail it in.
Please call the embassy/consulate for their correct address and verification of the instructions above.
As long as your passport is returned to you before your scheduled flight, you are set to join us. If it appears that your passport will not be returned in time for your flight, please let us know, but most likely we will plan ahead.
